About the Role

You will support import documentation, data entry and clearance tasks for ocean, air, rail and truck shipments. You will also work with freight forwarders, vendors and internal teams to confirm documents, check status and solve issues. Your work helps ensure shipments move through customs without delays.

Key tasks include.

• Verify customer information during onboarding.
• Prepare import documents for release and delivery.
• Check commercial documents and charges for accuracy.
• Submit required documents to government agencies.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs for entry work and accuracy.
• Work with service partners to solve shipment issues.
• Coordinate with logistics teams at origin and destination.
• Provide second tier support for customer service inquiries.

Requirements

This role calls for strong accuracy and comfort with data and documents.

Main needs include.

• Basic Excel skills including math and lookup functions.
• Ability to work forty hours a week with overtime when needed.
• Experience with data entry and data review.
• Experience in global logistics, cross border transport or customs rules.
