About the Role
You will guide SUT strategy for a strategic account. Your work will help support market share goals, identify new opportunities and help teams adopt new Sartorius tools. You will also support major projects and work with internal groups to bring ideas to life.
Key tasks include.
• Set account goals and review progress with sales and account teams.
• Identify new SUT growth opportunities at the customer site.
• Coach and support local sales staff and application specialists.
• Contribute to major SUT projects and work with integrated solutions teams.

• Track key molecules and create simple action plans tied to future needs.
Requirements
This role calls for strong technical knowledge and a steady approach to customer support.
Main needs include.
• Master’s degree in engineering or life science, or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience.
• At least three years supporting process development or process and manufacturing tasks.
• Strong knowledge of biotech or pharma processes.
• Comfort using Outlook, Word and Excel.
