About the Role
The Payroll Supervisor leads the payroll team and ensures that employees are paid on time and with full accuracy. You review payroll tasks, confirm data, and keep records updated. You also work with HR teams on hiring details, benefits and other data points that affect pay.
You guide payroll improvements and help keep systems running well. You also support special projects when needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise payroll staff and daily workflows
• Review payroll transactions, reports and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local pay rules
• Answer payroll questions from employees
• Work with HR teams on benefits and employee records
• Maintain payroll systems and ensure data accuracy
• Suggest and support payroll process improvements
• Help with HR and payroll projects
Your Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• Three or more years of payroll experience
• Supervisory experience is helpful
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and multi-state rules
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
