This role focuses on the design, operation, and support of advanced computing platforms. These systems support Generative AI workloads, data science, and large scale research initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

The IT Tech Specialist I manages and supports complex computing systems.

You administer and support Nvidia SuperPod environments.
You manage parallel file systems used in HPC workloads.
You support Kubernetes and container based platforms.
You work with Slurm schedulers and job management tools.
You manage Nvidia Base Command environments.
You support DDN Intelliflash and DDN Datastore systems.
You write and maintain scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
You collect and report usage metrics across HPC platforms.
You ensure systems run efficiently and securely.

The role requires a deep understanding of how these systems work together.

Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule.
Strong problem solving across multiple technologies.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in healthcare technology environments.
Exposure to custom and vendor supplied applications.
Ability to move between work areas when needed.

A master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full time role with a standard schedule.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Occasional after hours or weekend work may be required.
Participation in an on call rotation is expected.
The role is fully remote within the United States.
