Job responsibilities
Identify process improvements and new ideas that make channel work faster and simpler.
Manage daily use of the Salesforce and PRM systems and help shape long-term upgrades.
Build dashboards and reports that show channel performance and support strategic decisions.
Support partners throughout their lifecycle including onboarding, deal registration and financial steps.
Minimum qualifications
At least two years of experience in channel sales operations or partner ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and understanding of PRM software.
Skill in using data to build reports, dashboards and insights.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications
Experience using Monday.com for project tasks.
Understanding of partner sales steps, commission structures and channel payment processes.
Experience supporting platforms in fast-growing environments.
Ability to handle many tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfort working across global time zones.
Experience with Impartner as a PRM system.
Ability to travel two to three times each year.
