Role Overview

This HR Business Partner role supports leaders across the company. You guide them through people issues and help them make choices that support both staff and company goals. You report to the VP of HR and work with leaders across corporate and operational groups. You also help shape actions that improve culture, talent use and daily work life across your area.

Key Responsibilities

You support leaders as a partner for people matters. You help build a work culture where staff feel included and heard. You help leaders look at feedback, trends and daily issues so they can fix gaps and build stronger teams. You track the signals that show how staff feel, how teams work and where support is needed. You help create plans that raise engagement and help staff feel valued.

You support inclusion, diversity and equity work. You help leaders learn how to build fair and open work settings. You partner with business and HR teams to give tools and steps that help build a culture where staff feel safe to share ideas and be themselves. You help solve issues that slow down fair access and growth.

You guide leaders through performance practices. You help them set clear goals and handle coaching and feedback. You support the full cycle of performance tasks, including annual steps and plans for staff who need extra help. You coach leaders so they can apply fair, simple and clear methods.

You help leaders manage staff issues. You guide them on rules, policies and the right way to handle concerns. You help them work through staff conflicts and other work matters. When needed, you may link with the employee relations team to support reviews or follow-up actions.

You support workforce planning. You help leaders look at future needs and match plans to what the business seeks. You guide them through changes that may include new roles, job shifts, buys or team resets. You help leaders think through talent use and help them understand workforce data so they can choose well.

You build manager skill in talent work. You help leaders learn how to pick, grow and keep strong staff. You support talent reviews and help shape plans for staff who show strong promise. You partner with staffing and learning teams to give simple tools, training and advice. At times, you may help build learning content or tools that support skill growth for leaders.

Qualifications

You need at least eight years of HR or talent work. You must be able to look at issues inside or outside the company and find clear ways to help leaders act. You must be able to solve complex people issues and use clear thinking to guide choices. You need to show past results across several teams or projects and be able to lead tasks that have some risk or need care. Leaders must trust your advice, and you must be able to work with many groups to find answers. You must be able to explain hard ideas and help leaders take a new view when needed. You should be able to use data to help guide choices and notice details in your work.

Preferred Skills

It helps if you have coached leaders and helped them solve issues in past roles. Strong knowledge of organization design, talent work, employee relations, pay, feedback, change support and learning is useful. You should understand how the business works. You should be able to run projects, guide teams with data and work with people in different time zones. Travel may be ten to twenty percent. Knowing Oracle HCM is helpful.

Pay and Benefits

Pay for this role is between $114,100 and $190,500 per year. This job may also give bonus pay. The benefits package includes health, dental, vision, life and long term disability coverage.
