 About the Role

The Value Creation Analyst serves as the financial backbone of a major Supply Chain Transformation program. This role is responsible for tracking value realization across multiple workstreams, aligning KPIs with financial impact, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and benefit capture. The position requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to collaborate with Finance, PMO leaders, and operational stakeholders. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Columbus, Ohio.

 Responsibilities

  •  Track, validate, and report savings realization across all Supply Chain transformation initiatives
  •  Act as the central consolidation point for value tracking, including financial data, cost drivers, KPIs, and assumptions
  •  Build detailed bottom-up financial schedules with initiative leads to quantify expected value, timing, and risk
  •  Translate operational KPIs into measurable financial results and identify trends affecting value capture
  •  Partner with Finance to align on benefit methodologies, reporting, and transparency
  •  Provide early insight into risks, deviations, and opportunities related to value realization
  •  Support leadership with dashboards, forecasts, scenario modeling, and financial insights
  •  Maintain standardized processes for value validation, documentation, and reporting across workstreams
  •  Collaborate with PMO, Supply Chain Centers of Excellence, and initiative owners to ensure consistent governance
  •  Escalate risks to value capture and recommend mitigation strategies

 Qualifications

  •  5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, value realization, or transformation finance
  •  Proven experience building bottom-up financial models and schedules with cross-functional teams
  •  Ability to interpret operational data and convert it into financial impacts
  •  Strong expertise in forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and financial reporting
  •  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with Finance and operational leaders
  •  Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling
  •  Ability to work onsite Tuesday–Thursday in Columbus, Ohio

 Requirements

  •  W-2 only (no C2C arrangements)

  •  Ability to work hybrid as required (onsite Tue–Thu)
  •  Strong analytical and collaborative mindset
  •  Comfortable supporting high-visibility enterprise initiatives

 Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience in supply chain, operations finance, or transformation programs
  •  Experience supporting large enterprises or utility organizations
  •  Familiarity with dashboarding tools, especially Power BI
  •  Background working within enterprise PMO environments
