About the Role
The Supply Chain Manager builds the full supply chain structure that supports future growth. You design sourcing systems, guide supplier relationships and develop cost models that support price stability and profitability. You manage ingredients, packaging, raw materials and logistics. You also ensure that all supply chain data flows correctly into financial and operational systems.
Your role supports the entire life cycle of the product. You control sourcing, track materials, negotiate agreements and confirm that contract manufacturers meet deadlines and quality needs. You bring structure to processes, prepare accurate documents and create repeatable workflows that support scale.
This position gives you high autonomy. You are responsible for visibility, accuracy and predictability across all supply chain areas. You help prepare the company for larger production runs, better cost planning and more reliable product launches.
What You Will Do
You build clear systems, including standard procedures, bills of materials, costing files and supply chain records. You make sure the ERP system stays accurate so teams can depend on the information.
You find and evaluate suppliers across the United States and international markets. You negotiate prices and terms. You confirm that suppliers can support long term needs and deliver quality materials on time.
You manage supplier performance. You track cost changes, quality issues, lead times and delivery accuracy. You guide suppliers toward better performance and reduce risk where possible.
You work closely with contract manufacturers. You confirm that product specifications match the company’s expectations and that production schedules stay on track.
You prepare cost models and supply chain data for the finance team. Your work supports margin targets and new product development. You coordinate purchasing and inbound logistics to ensure on time delivery of materials.
You provide clear updates to cross functional teams. You share risk, timelines and supply status so partners stay aligned.

You know how to use ERP systems, including NetSuite. You can manage bills of materials and build cost models. You have worked with contract manufacturers in powders, capsules or liquids. You may hold a degree in supply chain or operations, but strong practical experience is valued.

Compensation
