What You Will Do
You will support the People Resources team with a wide range of tasks. You will help with employee relations, data tracking, compliance steps, and policy support. You will also manage license renewals, guide employees through changes, and maintain clear records.
Your tasks include:
• Support People Resources Business Partners with employee relations, onboarding, terminations, and unemployment needs.
• Gather, clean, and validate data from many sources.
• Review large data sets and identify patterns or issues.
• Build clear reports, dashboards, and visuals to show key insights.
• Manage the full license renewal cycle and maintain compliance.
• Provide guidance on basic People Resources policies.
• Handle separation steps and share needed details with managers and employees.
• Manage the entire exit interview process and share results each month.
• Complete employment verification requests.
• Update SOPs, the Employee Handbook, and FOX4U.
• Process People Resources mail each week.
• Support promotions, transfers, and pay updates in HR systems.
• Track changes in labor rules and support legal compliance.
• Maintain reports tied to EEO rules and complete annual filings.
• Help set People Resources goals and assist with department plans.
• Research topics linked to policy changes or new questions.
• Cross-train on leave processes and support leave administration.
• Build and maintain a morale tracking system.
• Track state sick time data and reporting needs.
• Conduct audits of licenses, agreements, and other key documents.
• Maintain labor and employment posters for all offices.
• Support communication for international employees.
• Complete special projects when assigned.
