Main responsibilities
Work with stakeholders
You meet with business teams to learn what they need. You sort and confirm requirements and help set clear project goals. You work with technical teams to understand the core problem and guide everyone toward a shared answer.
Study problems and build solutions

Capture issues and pain points

Requirements
Education and experience
You need either a bachelor’s degree with at least one year of IT experience or five years of experience in finance, data analysis, consulting, business strategy or process improvement. You must have experience with process definition, documentation and improvement work.
Skills needed
You must have strong time management skills. You need clear communication skills to speak with leaders, teams and technical groups. You should understand basic financial concepts tied to service businesses.
You must think critically, solve problems creatively and use data to make decisions. You need to manage several tasks at once and adapt to new needs as projects shift. You must pay close attention to detail and stay focused during repeated tasks.
You should know Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. A master’s degree is a plus. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt experience is helpful. Any experience with data tools such as Power BI is also useful.
Legal and security requirements
