What You Will Do
You will help define and drive a services growth plan for key accounts and regions. You will work with sales leaders, solution teams, and delivery groups to support major deals and improve engagement with customers. Your role blends planning, coordination, and direct involvement in customer conversations.
Your tasks include:
• Work with sales leaders to shape a services growth strategy.
• Review priority accounts and support plans for long-term engagement.
• Join customer talks and guide early discussions on scope and solution needs.
• Match the right experts to each opportunity and ensure clear communication.
• Guide solution architects and delivery teams to align capabilities with customer needs.
• Help shape key messages and solution points that support strong win rates.
• Coordinate across WWT groups to support timely reviews and engagement.
• Stay aware of business activity within your region and share clear updates.
• Identify skill gaps or training needs within teams and suggest improvements.
• Build relationships with customers and internal groups to support better decisions.
• Ensure WWT teams act as trusted advisors early in the buying cycle.
• Oversee major proposals and support teams working on large pursuits.
• Help increase deal size by showing how WWT services support bigger goals.
• Track performance metrics and share insights with sales leadership.
• Suggest strategies based on data and market activity.
Qualifications

Required:
• Strong experience in IT services, consulting strategy, solution architecture, or sales strategy.
• Solid understanding of enterprise account planning and solution selling.
• Ability to work across many teams and handle complex account needs.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leaders and customers.
• Experience supporting large enterprise accounts.
• Knowledge of cloud, data center, networking, security, digital tools, data, AI, or automation.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide teams toward a shared plan.
• Ability to work in a busy setting and manage many tasks.
• Understanding of integrated technology solutions and emerging tech.
• Commitment to clear results, strong outcomes, and professional conduct.
Travel and Location
• Travel up to 25 percent, including domestic and international trips.
• St. Louis is the preferred location, but Midwest candidates will be considered.
