What You Will Do

You will support the Presales team by helping customers understand how Informatica tools fit their needs. You will explain product features, guide customers through solutions, and help them see how data platforms support their goals. You will take part in demos, early discovery calls, and technical conversations with prospects.

Your tasks include:

• Understand basic concepts of cloud computing across major ecosystems.
• Understand core ideas behind top data technologies used in the market.
• Hold basic certifications in at least one cloud platform and one data tool.
• Develop skills in at least one Informatica product or platform.
• Tell clear stories that help customers understand use cases.
• Build relationships with decision makers, partners, and other influencers.
• Understand hybrid deployment methods used by many data teams.
• Understand basic ideas behind Data Warehousing, Databases, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Support customer demos from start to finish with some guidance.
• Join discovery sessions to understand customer needs.
• Prepare technical details for demos, presentations, and related activities.
• Support RFP responses and simple POC tasks.
• Share customer insights with teams using internal tools such as Vivun.
• Partner with the Customer Success team on workshops and advisory sessions.
• Stay current on required certifications for your area of focus.
• Share helpful tips and best practices with other team members.
• Support demos at company or partner events when needed.

What We Want to See

You need:

• Six or more years working in data integration, data governance, or master data management.
• Six or more years in presales, technical sales, consulting, or a related field.
• A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
