Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager supports preparation and review of client letters, approval requests, reports, and presentations. Many of these items are time sensitive and must meet strict quality standards. Careful review and clear writing are essential.

The role manages recruitment and onboarding for new headquarters staff. It also supports the annual staff review process and handles routine personnel needs. This requires discretion, fairness, and good record keeping.

The manager oversees subcontracts and vendor relationships tied to headquarters work. This includes tracking deliverables and working with internal teams on partner staffing needs. Clear coordination helps avoid delays and gaps.

The role plans and manages meetings for staff, clients, and partners. This includes setting schedules, preparing materials, and tracking follow up actions. Meetings should be focused and well run.
