About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a central point of contact for both customers and internal service teams. You will process incoming calls, create and maintain work orders, coordinate technician dispatch, and support various administrative functions essential to the service department’s workflow. This role requires a balance of accuracy, customer sensitivity, and strong organizational skills. You will work closely with technicians, billing teams, and other internal departments to ensure that every customer request is handled promptly, professionally, and in alignment with Crown’s service standards. Responsibilities
- Process incoming calls from customers and service technicians.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
