What You Will Do

You will support hiring managers and guide them through the full hiring process. You will shape sourcing plans, review pipelines, and help managers understand the best way to attract strong talent. Your tasks include:

• Act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers during each stage of hiring.
• Help write job descriptions and shape recruiting strategies.
• Build sourcing plans using social networks and direct outreach.
• Use data and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem to track progress.
• Share pipeline updates and help refine hiring plans.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to understand goals and challenges.
• Support a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Suggest ways to improve hiring processes and support needed changes.
• Work with teams across time zones and support shared objectives.
• Keep regular communication with talent partners to meet hiring needs.

What You Will Need

You enjoy helping teams grow and guiding candidates through a clear, honest process. You understand how to manage many open roles and deliver high-quality results.

You need:

• Five or more years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• At least one year focused on technical or engineering roles.
• At least one year working as an in-house recruiter.
• Experience hiring across North America, including LATAM or Canada.
• A record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
• Experience managing many roles at different levels.
• Ability to work in a busy environment with shifting needs.
• Clear communication skills with all levels of leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
