About the Role

The SAP Spanish Payroll Consultant brings deep skill in SAP HCM. You act as a trusted expert who guides tasks across all phases of development. You help design solutions, support testing and keep systems reliable. You also share knowledge with teams and help shape strong technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex issues in SAP HCM and the EuHReka platform
• Adjust payroll schemas, workflows, time rules and legal reports
• Build and update forms using tools such as SmartForms and SAPscript
• Improve solutions for both client needs and core platform changes
• Define technical designs and data structures
• Carry out integrated testing and confirm solutions meet client expectations
• Provide training and mentorship to team members
• Promote knowledge sharing across projects
• Use structured problem-solving and project methods
• Stay updated on SAP tech and keep needed certifications
