The Research Associate supports the Research and Evaluation team. You will help design studies, analyze data and prepare reports. You will work with staff from Product, Clinical and Service teams to answer research questions and guide decisions. You will help prepare papers, summaries and presentations. You will also support surveys and contribute to evaluation planning.

Key Responsibilities
Research and Evaluation Support
You will help design and run research projects. You may co-lead studies or support the Research Leads with analysis. You will review literature, plan methods and handle both qualitative and quantitative data. You will choose methods that fit each project and ask for expert input when needed. You will help prepare white papers, abstracts and peer-reviewed publications.
Data Analysis and Reporting
You will analyze datasets from surveys, user activities and interviews. You will prepare clear summaries for staff and partners. You will present data in ways that make findings easy to understand. You will use different software tools to organize results and help teams apply what they learn. You will ensure that research follows ethical rules and meets data governance standards.
Survey and Evaluation Work
You will support quarterly user feedback surveys, including the build, launch and review of results. You will help report findings and share insights with the broader team. You may also help coordinate evaluation tasks for new services or updates to existing tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will work with Product, Clinical and Service teams when they need research input. This may include designing surveys, reviewing data or offering guidance based on current evidence. You will translate research findings into steps that support service improvements. You will also offer problem solving and clear thinking during planning.
Communication and Engagement
You will help prepare meeting agendas and materials for internal and external groups. You may present findings to partners or attend events to learn more about trends in digital health. You will act as a representative when sharing research with wider networks.
Stakeholder Management
You will support the Evaluation Lead with IRB tasks when required. You may prepare protocols, manage amendments or communicate with IRB contacts. You will work with partners, consultants and academics when projects call for shared effort. You will help coordinate tasks with your team and support company initiatives.
Requirements
Education and Research Skills
You need a master’s degree in a field like Psychology, Public Health or Social and Behavioral Sciences. A PhD is welcome but not required. You should understand youth mental health or digital health. You must have strong skills in quantitative or qualitative research methods. You should know how to work with statistical software. Coding experience in R or Python is helpful.
Technical and Administrative Skills
You must be able to manage documents, keep workflows organized and support several projects at once. You need strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google tools. You should know how to conduct interviews and analyze qualitative data.
Interpersonal Skills
You need strong communication skills. You should work well with teams and feel confident managing several tasks at the same time. You should build productive relationships with partners and be able to work with limited supervision. Flexibility and practical problem solving are important in this role.
Benefits
