About the Role

BeLeaf Medical is seeking a Post-Harvest Technician to support the efficient operation of our cultivation facility. The successful candidate will perform automated and manual post-harvest tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality, compliant production.

Responsibilities

Operate automated and manual equipment, including flower packaging, pre-roll packaging, and labeling systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic systems.
Maintain production logs and documentation in compliance with SOPs and state regulations.
Conduct daily cleaning and adhere to cGMP regulations.
Assist in quality control, ensuring all products meet company standards.
Collaborate with Post-Harvest and Packaging Supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Perform repetitive tasks, including trimming, destemming, potting, and inventory management.
Lift up to 30+ lbs regularly and work in varying environmental conditions.
Follow state regulations and obtain/maintain a State Agent ID.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Experience in a production environment preferred.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for long periods.
Ability to work in bright lights, mechanical operations, and areas requiring protective equipment.
Availability to work weekends and occasional holidays.
