What the role covers

You support the ecommerce trading team by helping manage partner websites and improve the customer journey. You work on product setup, site updates, content accuracy and reporting. You also help check performance, monitor site issues, track bugs and assist with order related challenges. You play a key role in keeping partner websites accurate, current and aligned with brand standards.

Main responsibilities

Support ecommerce launches and updates

You help prepare new sites and ongoing releases. You update content, review product details and ensure all information is correct before pages go live.

Improve the customer experience

You support updates that help customers find products easily and complete their purchases. You work with teams to refine layouts, categories and navigation.

Support marketing campaigns

You help plan and track marketing actions. You write ad copy, brief designers on visual needs and assist with email and website content updates.

Coordinate product content

You gather accurate product copy and help guide photography needs. You ensure product information is clear, correct and ready for upload.

Update products, categories and campaigns

You manage changes that support revenue growth. You update listings, adjust categories and help run campaign assets across partner websites.

Monitor performance

You review website performance and share findings with the internal team. You track data and help identify areas that need attention.

Identify and report bugs

You watch for issues with product display, content placement or customer experience. You report them, track them and support resolutions.

Maintain brand consistency

Manage approvals

Experience and education

You should be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple partner needs at once. Strong communication is important because you work closely with many teams. You should write clearly, stay organized and keep track of many moving parts.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. You should be comfortable using Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You should also be available to work some evenings, weekends or holidays when needed. Travel may reach up to five percent.
