What the role covers
This project centers on recording natural conversations that help AI systems learn how people speak in real life. You must be fully fluent in your language and comfortable using idioms, casual phrases and natural speaking habits. You choose your topics and speak as if talking to a friend.
The work includes a short audition followed by a supervised recording session if selected. You will be paired with a speaker in the same language. A Lead will guide and support you during the session.
Main responsibilities
Record natural conversations
You will talk about any topics that feel natural. You bring energy, emotion and variation to your speaking style. You create a flow with pauses, reactions and questions as if having a real dialogue.
Follow recording guidelines
You record from a quiet place with a clear microphone. You keep your voice steady and avoid speaking too close to the device. You check your recording for distortion.
Participate in supervised sessions
If booked, you join a live session with another speaker. You talk for roughly two and a half hours while being guided by a director. You submit the raw audio file at the end.
Support future projects
If your first session goes well, you may be invited to record more material at similar or higher pay rates.

Language fluency

Communication ability
