The Advisor Coordinator plays a critical role in administrative and operational support. This includes assisting with advisor recruiting and onboarding programs as well as supporting the daily operational needs of existing advisors. The role acts as an embedded resource for leadership and ensures that processes move forward with accuracy and timeliness.

About the Role
This position supports GTC’s advisor recruiting and onboarding program while providing operational support for active advisors. You will work closely with ITKE leadership and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of workflows and program initiatives. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
The Advisor Coordinator ensures that advisors have the information, resources, and support needed to succeed. You act as a bridge between leadership, internal departments, suppliers, and advisors, helping programs run efficiently and supporting smooth communication across the network.
Core Responsibilities
Administrative support for onboarding and recruiting programs:

Schedule interviews, training sessions, and milestone checkpoints.

Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver materials and updates.

Prepare agendas, take notes, and manage follow-ups for meetings.
Operational support for current advisor needs:

Manage supplier communications and deployment of promotions.

Assist with the supplier calendar and timely information sharing.

Maintain progress reports and track key metrics.

Support development of training content and manage attendance for sessions.
Documentation and template creation:

Build standardized onboarding materials, checklists, and guides.

Prepare communication templates for internal and advisor-facing use.

Support program documentation and operational consistency.
Event and logistics support:

Assist with planning, coordination, and budgeting for advisor events.

Provide on-location support as needed.
General administrative support:
Required Skills and Qualifications

Comfort with learning industry tools such as Advisor OS, SION, and communication systems.

Experience in scheduling, budgeting, operations, or program coordination is a plus.
