Role Overview

  • The Freelance Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for building Kaplo Africa’s digital presence and generating quality leads through online campaigns.
  • This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to run targeted campaigns that attract both clients and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Design and execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Create engaging content (graphics, captions, and short videos) aligned with the brand.
  • Optimize ads and campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Executive to hand over qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Ability to run paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report results.
  • Creativity, reliability, and ability to work independently.
