Role Overview
- The Freelance Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for building Kaplo Africa’s digital presence and generating quality leads through online campaigns.
- This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to run targeted campaigns that attract both clients and job seekers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Design and execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Create engaging content (graphics, captions, and short videos) aligned with the brand.
- Optimize ads and campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) and provide detailed reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales Executive to hand over qualified leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Ability to run paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report results.
- Creativity, reliability, and ability to work independently.
