Job Description

  • To deepen our operation in the chemical, oil &gas production and engineering services, and acquire future businesses, we are seeking experienced Head of Sales to lead and manage our team in Lagos and Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
  • As Head ofSales, you will create and manage long-termtrust relationships with clients in the additives, oilfield and industrial chemicals businesses.
  • Therefore, thecandidates will be responsible for selling Eunisell products and services, and closing business deals with existing and potential customers in the industrial, oil and gas sector etc

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Managing, motivating, and mentoring a sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s market reach.
  • Ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Leading negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable deals.
  • Managing the sales budget and resources effectively.
  • Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 20 years’ sales experience in the chemical or oilfield chemicals sector, or related sector
  • Aggresive and result oriented sales candidates
  • Good presentation, reporting and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and consultative selling skills.
  • Good relationship management ability.
  • Negotiation and convincing skills- ability to close business deals
  • Must have ability to handle multiple responsibilities — to work across many accounts, projects, and/or issues and prioritize effectively.
