What You Will Do
You will support partners, train sales reps, and guide business growth across your region. You will represent the Waring Commercial brand and help partners understand how Waring equipment supports their goals. You will also track performance, review data, and plan strategies that support sales and market expansion.
Your tasks include:
• Develop strong knowledge of the Waring Commercial brand and product lines.
• Represent the brand with consistent messaging and clear product training.
• Lead product demos that reflect the brand identity.
• Review rep performance each month and offer direct, helpful feedback.
• Train reps and support their growth; replace underperforming reps when needed.
• Review buying group and dealer performance and find new growth openings.
• Expand business through new partnerships and better support for current partners.
• Train partners and help them understand how to improve sales results.
• Grow key accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
• Build plans to reach new national and regional chains.
• Create and maintain territory reports with clear data insights.
• Work with internal teams to support shared sales goals.
• Reach sales targets and increase market share.
• Identify lost market share and build recovery plans.
• Research new markets and build strategies to enter them.
• Lead with a growth mindset and support positive change inside the company.

Qualifications
You enjoy working with partners, guiding sales teams, and using data to support decisions. You understand how to grow accounts and support a well-known brand.
You need:
• Seven to ten years of experience in foodservice equipment or strategic account management.
• Proven experience in brand management or sales.
• Strong communication skills for training and presentations.
• Ability to review data and build plans based on insights.
• Experience working with reps, dealers, and national accounts.
• A record of achieving sales goals and growing market share.
