About the role

The Trade Marketing Specialist supports the Trade Marketing Manager for North America. You help adapt the global marketing plan for the American region. You update assets, review CRM data, manage PIM content, and help plan events. You also support local and regional marketing projects that raise brand visibility. The role needs someone who enjoys communication, teamwork, and simple problem solving. You must work well with internal teams and outside partners.

This position is based in Carlsbad and requires office work at least three days a week. You may also travel to events when needed.

Marketing and communications responsibilities

You help create briefs for design teams and support the development of print and digital assets. You assist with brand communication work and follow the global direction. You help keep online content updated for the region. You support translations and make sure materials are ready on time. You work with outside partners when needed to finish tasks.

Trade marketing responsibilities

You support the sales team by helping them with marketing materials, advertising requests, and distributor needs. You collect feedback from distributors and create new assets to help guide their teams. You check brand placement on partner platforms and look for ways to improve visibility. You help build marketing presentations and keep track of trade marketing actions across the region.

POS and display responsibilities

You collect insights on point of sale needs and support the design of displays. You help manage the sampling plan for customers. You prepare or source display items and promotional tools. You also watch budgets to make sure spending stays within limits.
