Digital Trade Compliance Leadership

The role designs and delivers digital trade compliance solutions. These projects may include automated classification support, supplier data collection, and system based controls.

The Program Manager works across operating companies to scale solutions. Tools must fit local needs while following shared standards.

Each project is guided from idea through launch. Long term use and value matter as much as delivery.

Tariff and Duty Optimization Programs

The role manages programs that reduce duty and tariff exposure. This includes free trade agreement support and other duty reduction efforts.

Digital tools and analytics help guide these programs. Data is used to spot gaps, risks, and savings chances.

The Program Manager tracks results and ensures savings are measured and sustained.

Governance and Program Control

Clear structure supports strong execution. The role sets project plans, milestones, and success measures.

Dashboards, tracking tools, and role maps support progress and risk control. Return on investment is tracked and shared.
