Role Overview
The Strategy & Operations Manager works directly with Boam AI’s CEO and founders to lead high-impact, cross-functional projects. The role spans market expansion, strategic initiatives, international scale-up, and go-to-market execution.
You will operate at the center of the business, owning initiatives end-to-end. You are expected to work independently, provide strategic clarity, and drive projects with speed and precision. This position offers executive visibility and the chance to directly influence company outcomes.
