About the Role

The Sr. Director of Treasury helps manage core treasury functions and supports both strategy and daily operations. You will guide staff, set clear goals and build a team that understands financial needs across the company. You will also help project leaders answer financial questions and follow set procedures.

Key duties include.

• Lead financial analysis and cash management teams.
• Set clear targets, guide staff and support professional growth.
• Support the full budgeting process.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports for senior leaders.
• Lead thirteen week cash forecasts.
• Ensure the company has the funds needed for daily operations.
• Maintain required reports for banks and other partners.
• Guide internal communication linked to treasury activity.
• Oversee the Treasury Automation Suite and ensure system readiness.
• Support hedging and investment programs.
• Assist with ESOP related analysis and planning tasks.
• Build strong working ties with clients, partners and staff.
• Apply accounting standards and company rules to all tasks.
• Guide financial inputs for proposals.
• Solve operational issues and offer practical solutions.
• Strengthen financial best practices across teams.
• Support compliance in payment requests and related policies.
• Handle other tasks as needed.

Requirements

This senior position needs strong judgment, steady leadership and proven financial skill.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, master’s degree preferred.
• At least ten years of experience in finance, accounting or cash management.
• At least five years managing a team.
