About the Role
The Regional Business Development Manager helps drive sales growth for the EVSE product line. You guide strategy for your region. You identify new opportunities in both B2C and B2B markets. You also work with cross functional teams to make sure product plans match customer needs.
Your role supports the company’s long term growth in clean energy. You help build new channels, strengthen customer relationships and share customer insights with internal teams. You also support product demonstrations and help customers understand the full range of EVSE hardware and software tools.
Your work impacts the full sales cycle. You guide conversations from first contact to final agreement. You also support RFP proposals and help ensure clients get strong service through each step.
What You Will Do
You search for new business opportunities. You reach out to potential partners and help them understand MSI’s EVSE solutions. You share product details, features and benefits. You help open doors for new deals and build long term interest in the product line.
You build relationships with key buyers and decision makers. You listen to their needs, respond to questions and track account activity. Your goal is to keep customer satisfaction high and support continued engagement.
You present product demonstrations. You explain how the hardware and software work together. You show how the solution fits both consumer and commercial needs.
You work closely with the headquarters team. You help prepare RFP proposals and ensure each proposal is delivered on time. You provide feedback to engineering and product teams. This helps MSI shape designs that match market needs.
You collect customer insights and share them with internal teams. You help guide product changes that improve performance or align better with demand.
What You Will Need
You have at least five years of experience in technical sales or business development. You understand how to build interest in new products or new solutions. You know how to support early stage product lines and guide them into real market growth.
You have strong analytical skills. You think through issues clearly and make decisions based on facts. You manage your tasks well and communicate with teams when needed.
You can work alone and also within a group. You take ownership of your work and follow through on tasks. You are willing to travel when required.
