About the Role
This position sits within the Enterprise Clients team for Occupier Services in the Americas. You will oversee major client accounts with large property needs. Your goal is to guide service delivery, improve results, and support long term client growth. You will also help shape internal tools, systems, and best practices that help the team operate better.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main contact for select clients, manage the full relationship, and make sure all services meet promised standards.
• Lead quarterly and yearly business reviews with clients, guide improvement plans, and oversee goals across each account team.
• Drive real estate portfolio plans by reviewing client data and spotting ways to cut cost, reduce space, shift strategy, or improve deals.
• Use your background in leasing and tenant representation to support transaction plans and offer strong advice.
• Guide financial reviews and keep a close watch on cost, budgets, and market conditions. Make sure accounts remain profitable while supporting client needs.
• Lead teams across Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Consulting, Technology Services, and Project Management.
• Maintain strong quality control through clear communication, set performance levels, and support the use of company tools and systems.
• Support improvement projects that strengthen the overall account management program for the client group.
• Take on added leadership tasks that support your growth and help the wider team develop.
What You Bring
• At least 12 years of senior-level experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong communication skills. You can speak with senior leaders and hold productive talks that build trust.
• A deep sense of responsibility, integrity, and ethical conduct.
• Strong skills in people management, financial review, planning, writing, and time control.
• High comfort level with MS Suite, Excel, Workday, and similar tools.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond quickly to issues.
• Skilled in creative problem solving with a focus on practical solutions.
