About the Role

The Senior Manager, North America Transportation leads all domestic transportation operations. You guide shipping for direct-to-consumer orders, retail deliveries, and movement between warehouses. You focus on cost, speed, and accuracy. Your goal is to give customers the best delivery experience while keeping total costs low.

The role requires strong judgment, clear thinking, and deep knowledge of freight options. You work with parcel carriers, LTL carriers, and full-truckload providers. You build strong relationships, negotiate rates, and set performance expectations. You also monitor data to spot trends and improve results.

Key Responsibilities Explained

You oversee end-to-end movement of goods across the region. You make sure orders arrive on time and without damage. For direct-to-consumer shipments, you improve parcel routes and manage late or delayed orders. For retail freight, you coordinate truckload, less-than-truckload, and intermodal moves. You work with order management teams to follow routing guides and meet OTIF expectations.
