You will partner with leaders across the Global Integrated Supply Chain group. Your job is to build strong people plans that support transformation, growth and operational goals. You will guide leaders through planning, structure, talent moves and employee support.

• Work with business leaders to deliver people plans that fit their goals.
• Build knowledge of each function and use it to guide culture, engagement and team stability.
• Lead change work such as restructuring and long term workforce planning.
• Support succession planning efforts.
• Partner with HR teams to deliver clear and compliant programs.
• Use data to shape workforce choices.
• Coach managers on performance, employee relations and compliance.
• Support diversity and internal mobility goals.

Requirements
