About the Role

The Senior Director, Global Market Development leads the company’s efforts to build strong relationships with medical experts around the world. You guide how Immunome communicates with key opinion leaders, professional societies and clinical centers across all major regions. You help shape the medical environment for a future launch of varegacestat and support awareness of pipeline programs.

This role builds strategy for worldwide market development. You identify the right experts, understand the scientific landscape and plan interactions that support long term partnerships. You ensure Immunome has a consistent global presence while adapting to each region’s medical and cultural differences. You also support market development plans for regions such as Europe, Canada, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

What You Will Do

You lead the global market development plan for varegacestat. You build a global network of opinion leaders across major countries. You map and prioritize experts, understanding which groups influence care standards and where scientific conversations take place.

You work with regional leaders to align strategies. You make sure each region understands how to engage experts in a way that fits local practices while staying aligned with global goals.

You build long term relationships with oncology experts, surgeons, researchers and pathologists. You plan scientific discussions, advisory boards, roundtables and clinical working groups. You manage interactions at medical meetings, including global oncology congresses.

You collect insights from medical experts and share them with internal teams. These insights help shape clinical plans, label strategy, messaging, education efforts and evidence generation. You also support planning for health technology assessments, market access needs and lifecycle strategies.

You stay informed about global standards of care, competitive activity and medical guidelines. You share this information to help the company stay prepared.

You support Immunome’s presence at international congresses. You coordinate activities, lead engagement efforts and guide communication. You help improve the company’s scientific visibility by building relationships with societies, academic groups and advocacy groups.

You work closely with teams across clinical development, medical affairs, commercial, regulatory, market access, communications and other functions. You support the design of a global market development structure and help form future regional roles.

You ensure all activities meet legal and regulatory standards across regions. You help build processes that guide compliant and consistent operations.

Who You Are

You have a background in oncology and understand how medical experts shape treatment standards. You know how to build global networks and manage relationships across multiple regions. You work well with cross functional teams and communicate scientific insights in simple ways.

You have strong awareness of different cultures and understand how clinical practices differ by region. You have confidence when speaking with senior medical experts. You can travel often and manage interactions across many time zones.

What You Bring

You have at least fifteen years of oncology experience in biopharma. You have worked in global market development, medical affairs, scientific exchange or a similar field. You have experience building networks across the United States, Europe, Canada, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

You understand desmoid tumors or other rare cancers. You know how to use scientific insights to guide clinical and commercial strategies. You have experience preparing for global product launches. You have strong communication skills and can represent the company with clarity and professionalism.
