 About the Role

The Construction Laborer plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of large commercial construction jobsites. This position requires strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to perform a wide range of physical tasks that keep projects moving efficiently. Laborers assist various crews, maintain jobsite cleanliness, handle materials, and help set up or dismantle temporary structures.  Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite by picking up tools, equipment, and debris, securing the area each day to eliminate potential hazards.

• Load and unload trucks, hoist or haul materials, and support the movement of supplies across the construction site.
• Assist with traffic control when needed to ensure the safety of workers, equipment, and the public around the jobsite.
• Provide general support to carpenters, skilled trades, and other construction crews as tasks arise.
• Adhere to all jobsite safety protocols and report unsafe conditions promptly.
