About the Role

You will support cost estimating, cost control and cost analysis across project phases. You will work with cost data, trends, and historical records. You will help prepare studies, identify issues, and update reports for project leaders. Your work supports clear financial planning for major construction tasks.

Main tasks include.

• Perform daily and non routine cost estimating and analysis.
• Help set up cost control systems and reporting standards.
• Prepare cost reports and confirm their accuracy.
• Check reports against past versions for clear consistency.
• Prepare budgets based on set rules.
• Review what cost data is needed for each project.
• Gather and sort cost data.
• Support budget tasks for assigned construction groups.
• Identify cost trends that may need action.
• Prepare cost studies using past data and simple statistical checks.

Skills and Experience

This role calls for strong experience and a solid technical base.

You need one of the following.

• A bachelor’s degree and eight to ten years of related experience.
• Twelve to fourteen years of related work in place of a degree.
