About the Role
You will help lead the launch and growth of Greenbox Storage at the University of Vermont. Your work will cover sales, outreach and hands-on support with item pickup and drop off. You will help run marketing tasks, manage calls, build ties with student groups and assist with end of semester operations.
Key tasks include.
• Lead weekly campus sales and outreach activities to meet order goals.
• Make ten to fifteen daily calls to students who have accounts but no active orders.
• Build ties with housing offices, RAs, clubs and Greek life.
• Explore simple partnership options with school staff and aim to secure mentions in school channels.
• Reach key student groups such as first years, international students and study abroad groups.
• Recruit and guide referral ambassadors.
• Drive a moving truck when needed and help move items during pickup and drop off periods.
• Load, unload and transport items between campus and storage.
• Manage order records in the company app.
• Organize items at the storage site.
• Return items to campus at the start of the fall term.
• Run flyers and simple guerrilla marketing across campus.
• Join team meetings and work toward weekly performance goals.
• Lead a small team of movers during busy periods.
• Maintain a positive, steady attitude throughout the internship.
Requirements
