Key duties

You will lead account and relationship management for many customers in the region. Your work drives sales growth and supports business development.

Your tasks include
• Grow the order pipeline and raise the volume and quality of orders.
• Study customer pain points, confirm real issues and build trust through clear insight.
• Guide a team of account executives and support their growth and skill building.
• Use customer strategies, market trends and competitor insight to shape planning and marketing.
• Give oversight to help projects finish well so customer trust stays strong.
• Find new sales chances by using strong knowledge of Westinghouse products and services.
• Work with sales teams to build product solutions that match customer needs.
• Use the CRM tool to track actions and keep the pipeline healthy.
• Speak for the customer inside the company and raise issues fast when needed.
• Support project teams during delivery and help keep relationships smooth.
• Build strong links with internal leaders to support sales and marketing chances.
• Maintain customer account plans and reactor by reactor models.
• Grow account staff and make sure training plans help them serve customer needs.
• Reach targets in orders, sales, margin, cash flow and customer satisfaction.
• Travel often, about fifty to seventy percent of the time, domestic and international.

Required background

This role needs a strong mix of technical knowledge and leadership experience.

You need
• A bachelor’s degree or equal experience.
• Fifteen or more years in nuclear plant engineering project work.
• Experience running complex technical projects, products and services.
• Senior level account management experience.
• International and field experience.
