Key Responsibilities

Operations and Program Support

You will help the Director manage daily tasks that keep the program moving. You will support Onward to Opportunity sites during their training cycles. This may include administrative work, simple Salesforce tasks, data updates or LMS support. When program managers are unavailable, you may step in to keep operations steady.

Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Checks

Part of your role is helping teams follow the same steps across all locations. You will turn written guidelines into clear actions for staff. You will also review these guidelines every quarter, suggest updates and help address gaps. You will check participant communication to confirm it meets accuracy and brand standards.

Continuous Improvement and Analysis

Team Coordination and Development
