Key Responsibilities

Operations and Program Support

You will help the Director manage daily tasks that keep the program moving. You will support Onward to Opportunity sites during their training cycles. This may include administrative work, simple Salesforce tasks, data updates or LMS support. When program managers are unavailable, you may step in to keep operations steady.

Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Checks

Part of your role is helping teams follow the same steps across all locations. You will turn written guidelines into clear actions for staff. You will also review these guidelines every quarter, suggest updates and help address gaps. You will check participant communication to confirm it meets accuracy and brand standards.

Continuous Improvement and Analysis

Your job includes spotting issues that might affect program quality. You will review feedback, solve small problems and help build better systems for participants. You will also gather and review data with internal teams. Your insight will help guide decisions and support long-term improvements.

Team Coordination and Development

You will help organize staff training across different states. You will support onboarding for new team members. You will plan internal meetings, prepare agendas and help teams stay informed. At times, you may also support the advising team with exam payment tasks.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree is required. You need at least three years of experience in program operations or workforce programs. Experience supporting teams in different locations is important.
