About the Role

These roles focus on compliance checks, investigative reviews, and case reports. Each level has its own expectations. Level IV Work

You will handle routine compliance checks and basic investigations. You will review safety issues, enrollment concerns, grievance processes, and related duties. You will gather statements, review records, and prepare clear reports. You may testify in hearings and support division tasks.

Main tasks include.

• Conduct compliance reviews for issues such as bullying and reporting duties.

Level V Work

Level VI Work

• Lead priority investigations involving serious misconduct or safety issues.
• Manage case teams and track progress.
• Mentor new and mid level investigators.
• Review reports and support litigation tasks.
• Work with other divisions and outside groups.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must have a four year degree in areas such as criminal justice, public administration, education, business, accounting, finance, criminology, psychology or related fields.

Experience needs differ by level.

• Level IV requires at least three years reviewing compliance matters or handling case work tied to rules or policy.
• Level V requires at least four years working on complex cases such as fraud or corruption.
• Level VI requires at least five years leading serious cases with clear results.
