Main responsibilities

Required qualifications
You need a bachelor’s degree or equal experience. You should have three to five years supporting global benefits work. You should understand expatriate, inpatriate and global travel programs.
You must know how global benefits are designed. You should be able to manage vendors and understand compliance steps across different regions.
You need strong communication skills. You should be able to analyze data and explain it simply. You must know how to manage projects and work with teams across many time zones.
You should be able to handle sensitive information with care. You must be able to stay calm, focused and organized in a busy setting.
You need good computer skills. You must be able to use Microsoft Office tools and related systems.
You should be willing to travel when needed. Travel may reach up to twenty five percent at times.
What you receive
Base pay ranges from ninety thousand to one hundred thousand dollars each year. Pay depends on your experience, location and qualifications. Some roles may also include bonuses or variable pay.
