About the Role

The Deals Desk Specialist supports sales by helping structure deals, review quotes and guide approval steps. You serve as the main point of contact for deal questions. You help sales reps understand pricing rules, approval needs and contract details. You help improve deal speed by making sure information stays accurate.

This role sits across sales, operations, finance and legal teams. You help review requests, gather details and keep records clean. You make sure quotes match company rules and that approvals are handled on time. You support process training and help teams adopt new systems or updates.

What You Will Do

You support opportunity management. You guide quoting, pricing and approval steps. You help structure deals so that they follow policy. You track progress when sales needs approval on discounting, updated terms or exceptions. You review deals for accuracy and ensure smooth handoff to finance and onboarding teams.

You help manage contract changes. You support the drafting of updated terms and help collect approvals. You maintain a library of approved language for contract edits. You answer questions about process and systems from people across the sales organization.

You make sure quotes entered in the CRM and CPQ systems are accurate. You correct errors and validate data. You keep internal request tracking tools updated. You support clean up projects when needed. You document deals desk processes and help improve internal SOPs.

What You Bring

You have at least one year of professional experience. You have some experience in sales operations, deals desk, revenue operations or a related area. You know how CRM systems and quoting tools work. You understand approval workflows.

You have experience supporting cross functional teams. You communicate clearly in writing and on calls. You know how to stay organized and handle multiple requests. You can work well in a remote first environment.

You may also bring experience in deal structuring, contract work or pricing reviews. You may have used tools like Salesforce, Nue CPQ, Gong or Asana. You may have worked in B2B SaaS or software companies.
