Main responsibilities
You will manage compliance steps tied to federal, state and global consumer reporting rules. You will focus on the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other related laws. You will help build and maintain systems that support compliance from start to finish.
You will handle daily tasks such as dispute resolution, full file disclosures and record requests. You will make sure responses are accurate, timely and well documented. You will support customer credentialing steps and keep all records ready for audits.
You will work with Legal and global compliance experts. You will ensure operations match federal, state and international rules. You will help review privacy needs and support steps tied to regulated incidents.
You will review product features to ensure they follow compliance rules. You will check updates, new options and system changes before they go live. You will help guide teams so all changes align with regulatory needs.
You will help lead internal and external audits. You will take part in client due diligence steps and review compliance certifications. You will help teams prepare documents, evidence and records needed for reviews.

Required qualifications
You need a bachelor’s degree or equal experience. Degrees in business, legal studies, political science, criminal justice or related fields are helpful. You must have mid-level experience in a Consumer Reporting Agency or other regulated industry.
You must hold advanced FCRA certification from PBSA. You need strong knowledge of FCRA rules, dispute handling and consumer reporting tasks. You must know global privacy rules such as GDPR and CCPA and understand how they affect operations.
You need strong communication and analytical skills. You must handle multiple tasks and support teams in a remote-first setting. You must adapt to changes in rules and manage new compliance needs quickly.
You must have a quiet home office and secure, reliable internet. Cable or fiber is preferred to support required tools.
