About the Role

The Client Partner works within the Professional Services team. Your job is to shape and sell the service plans needed to deploy Maestro, which was once known as RapidResponse. You will support other services as well, such as change plans, business process work, custom training, and integration tasks. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, help them understand their needs, and guide them to the right approach. You will also work with many groups inside and outside the company, including senior leaders and key partners.

What You Will Do

• Manage a set of accounts and find service needs within those accounts.
• Support each step in the service sales cycle.
• Present clear plans for deployments and suggest phased work when needed.
• Build account plans that help meet revenue goals.
• Work with the Sales team to support new deals.
• Prepare full statements of work, showing cost, time, and resources.
• Lead workshops to understand client problems and form design plans.
• Work with teams across Professional Services, Product Management, Support, and Sales.
• Help develop clients who can act as references for the company.
• Build strong ties with partners who help sell or deploy Kinaxis tools.
• Act as the trusted advisor for deployments across each project.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, supply chain management or related fields.
• At least seven years of experience in large software deployments.
• Experience preparing statements of work for projects.
• At least five years in professional services sales with new clients.
• A background in consulting.
• Strong communication skills with comfort speaking to senior leaders.
• A solid record of meeting revenue goals.
• Strong thinking skills with an ability to understand complex deployments.
• Ability to travel thirty to sixty percent of the time in the United States and at times outside the country.
• Maestro or RapidResponse certification is an added advantage.
