Main responsibilities
You will study regulatory databases such as the Federal Register. You will review how these sources are organized and map them into internal structures. You will help shape the format used for new data and support long term consistency across all entries.
You will help design plans for bringing new content into the internal platform. You will work with engineering teams to review integration steps and test API related tasks. You will ensure new information is mapped correctly and follows the data model.
You will help maintain the quality of incoming data. You will spot check new entries. You will confirm metadata and match it with official sources. You will help solve issues tied to missing fields, unclear formats or inconsistent entries.
You will help refine data models when needed. You will support changes to handle multiple document styles across many regions. You will consider how layouts, fields and formats vary between sources, then adjust models to keep everything aligned.
You will work with teams inside and outside the company. You will help monitor ingestion workflows and flag concerns tied to quality or delays. You will share updates and help move concerns to the right teams.

Required qualifications
