Position: SECRETARY – PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Deadline: 10 July 2025
Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent will have the following key responsibilities;
• Managing schedules and calendars
• Review and prepare documents submitted e.g. draft MOU, contracts, policies, documents and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
• Preparing documents and presentations
• Maintaining confidentiality
• Providing administrative support
• Liaising with stakeholders (employees, clients, partners)
Organizing events and meetings
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
• Law and compliance background added advantage.
• At least 3 years relevant administrative experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
