Human Impact Hub invites reputable, registered, and experienced suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of two (2) fully equipped Mobile Clinic and Health Outreach Van to support rural primary healthcare delivery in underserved communities. The vehicle will be used to provide maternal health services, basic diagnostic services, NCD screening, health education, immunisation, and emergency referrals.

The Mobile Clinic must be robust, durable, and suitable for rural terrain.

Duties and Responsibilities

Vehicle Specifications
2.1 Base Vehicle Requirements

Type: High-roof vehicle suitable for clinical conversion.
Engine: Minimum 2.5L diesel engine (or equivalent), fuel-efficient, suitable for off-road rural conditions.
Transmission: Manual or automatic.
Drive: Preferably 4×4 or high clearance 4×2.
Seating: Driver + front passenger; rear fitted for clinical operations.
Year: 2024 model or newer.
Mileage: Zero or under 100 km.
Warranty: Minimum 3-year / 100,000 km warranty.
Tyres: All-terrain tyres + spare wheel.
Safety: ABS, airbags, reverse camera or sensors.

Mobile Clinic Conversion Specifications
3.1 Interior Layout & Fittings

Fully insulated, washable, and medical-grade interior surfaces.
Built-in examination couch (foldable or fixed).
Storage cabinets and lockable drawers for medicines and supplies.
Washable non-slip flooring.
Privacy curtains or partitions.
Roof ventilation with extractor fan.
Built-in handwashing sink with running water.
Seats, stretcher bed, drip equipment, AED, BP machine, wheelchair
Genisys emergency fire + siren keypad with multiple configurations

3.2 Clinical Equipment (Minimum)

Blood pressure machine (manual + digital).
Glucometer with starter strips.
Thermometer (infrared/digital).
Stethoscope.
Portable haemoglobin or point-of-care diagnostic device (optional).
Foetal doppler for maternal checks.
Height and weight scale (adult + child).
Basic first-aid kit.
Vaccine cold box or 12V medical-grade refrigerator (optional but preferred).
Examination light (LED).

3.3 Power & Utilities

Dual power system:
12V vehicle system
Auxiliary deep-cycle battery system
Optional solar panel mounted on the roof (minimum 200W).
USB ports and 220V sockets for equipment.
Interior LED lighting.
Water tank (minimum 50 litres) + wastewater tank.

External Branding & Accessories
Branded according to project guidelines (branding artwork will be provided).
Exterior awning or foldable tent for outreach days.
Foldable outreach chairs (minimum 4).
Portable table for outdoor health education sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

Supplier Requirements
Interested suppliers must submit:

Detailed quotation including vehicle cost, conversion cost, and delivery timeline.
Company profile, certificates of incorporation, and tax clearance.
Proof of prior experience in supplying mobile clinics or converted medical vehicles.
Warranty details and aftersales support plan.
Delivery period (maximum preferred: 6–10 weeks).
