We are looking for a well presented, professional, and friendly Receptionist to join our Bulawayo team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
– Welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
– Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
– Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is neat and presentable
– Scheduling appointments and managing office calendars
– Providing administrative support to various departments
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum of 5 0-Levels (including English)
– Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or related field (an added advantage)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a positive attitude.
– Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage.
