We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions at our new Electrosales Marondera branch:
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise the receiving staff and oversee all incoming stock.
• Ensure accurate physical counts of stock and sign off on receiving documents.
• Coordinate with central stores and other branches on stock transfers (STVs).
• Handle goods returned to suppliers, including processing customer complaints related to returns and repairs.
• Maintain an organized and safe receiving area, adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Assist with managing deliveries and maintaining the delivery vehicle.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships
• Ability to analyse problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
