We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions at our new Electrosales Marondera branch:
Receiving Clerk
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receives, inspects and verify the products received from the central stores.
• Receiving goods from other branches and Suppliers.
• Assists stores people with storing and packing the goods received in accordance with appropriate procedures and regulations.
• Responsible for capturing the signed STV’s in the system as GRV’s, and marrying the two.
• Responsible for capturing of negative STV’s in the system as GRS’s, and marrying the two.
• Responsible for creating GRS’s for goods returned to suppliers.
• Responsible for generation of barcodes that may be needed.
• Housekeeping
• Following health and safety procedures when receiving the goods.
• Assists with booking and tracking of faulty goods/repairs.
• Any other related duties that may be reasonably required.
Qualifications and Experience
• A minimum of 1 year of progressive experience
• 3 A level Passes, 5 O level Passes, or equivalent experience.
A clear understanding of relevant hardware products is a must.
Strong detail orientation with the ability to work with a diversified workforce.
