Job Description
*VACANCY: PERFORMANCE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR*
We are seeking a sharp, logical thinker with strong business acumen to join us as our Performance & Operations Coordinator.
This key role involves gathering and synthesising information from multiple departments, processing it into clear and actionable insights, and creating performance dashboards that help senior managers evaluate departmental results and track progress against objectives. If you excel at turning raw data and scattered updates into straightforward visuals and reports that drive better decisions, we want to hear from you.
There is no room for error — accuracy, honesty, and reliability are non-negotiable.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate across departments to collect relevant data, reports, and updates on a regular basis.
•Analyse and process information logically to identify trends, gaps, and performance levels.
•Design and maintain clear, user-friendly dashboards (using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar) that highlight whether departments are meeting their objectives and KPIs.
•Prepare concise summaries, reports, and recommendations for managers to support strategic oversight and informed decision-making.
•Identify potential issues or inefficiencies through data review and propose practical solutions.
•Ensure all outputs are accurate, timely, and presented in an easy-to-understand format.
•Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting as business needs evolve.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Requirements:
•Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills — you must think critically and methodically.
•Solid business acumen with a good understanding of how departments contribute to overall performance.
•Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with confidence working with figures, metrics, and data interpretation.
•High proficiency in data visualisation and dashboard tools (e.g. advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
•Qualifications in business administration, management, or a related field preferred (degree or equivalent professional experience).
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a good personality that builds trust and collaborates effectively across teams.
•Absolute honesty, integrity, and strong attention to detail (zero tolerance for inaccuracies).
•Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple sources of information independently.
